We are delighted to have worked with UBISOFT, the games producer to create a short film to demonstrate the application of language skills in the workplace. UBISOFT’s customer service centre is based in Newcastle upon Tyne where a multilingual team answers comments and queries from global customers in 12 different languages. The film can be viewed at
