What are you doing in school to mark International Education Week?

The international office has produced and had commissioned a series of videos to mark Diwali.

Video 1 introduces pupils to the Hindu temple in Newcastle and lets pupils hear from local families and students about Diwali. This is followed by an online question and answer session on Friday 13 November at 1415

Three videos have been produced by GemArts and are available FREE to schools which contact our office and are involved as part of our wider Diwali project.

A storyteller tells the tale of Diwali whilst a puppetteer guides you in teh making of a shodow puppet theatre to retell the tale.

GemArts dancer, Breeze will lead pupils and staff in an energetic Bollywood dance workshop.
