A bright and bold painting by a pupil at Hare law School in County Durham will soon be admired by visitors to the Children’s Art Gallery of Europe in Kiev in the Ukraine. Durham County Council was asked to find a suitable piece of children’s art to join the many which come from a vast array of coutries around the continent and which have been drawn together to mark Europe Day, 9th May.
